LSP's Economic and Local Employment Partnership Manchester's Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) holds eight thematic working groups (Partnerships) covering areas like Sustainable Neighbourhoods, Health & Inequality, Transport etc. M-pen works to directly influence the LSP's Economic and Local Employment Partnership through dessimating minutes of the meeting and supporting a Economic and Local Employment Pool which acts as a forum for voluntary and community groups to discuss the partnerships agenda.
